Warrior WellTM uses a hybrid engagement model of in-person training methods and state-of-the-art technology allowing military leadership access to training progress on and off the base.

The Warrior Well program includes the following key components:

Coaching / Leadership
Warrior Well revolves around training our Nation’s heroes and deploying them as coaches, mentors, and teachers to create a total health experience for each team. Led by a Warrior Well Master Coach, the coach-training program teaches essential capabilities for coaches to serve their teams, track progress, and take action through the team training experience. Built around the philosophy of direct, teach, and empower, coaches will have access to tools that create specific team and individual assignments, monitor progress, and flag exceptions.

Team Resilience Principles
Coaches introduce and work with participants to apply a new team resilience principle every week. Incorporating these principles during fitness and nutrition adherence strengthens each participant's total health foundation, creating small steps of change that bring powerful payoffs, individually and as part of a team.

Balanced Nutrition
Warrior Well focuses on eating properly balanced and portioned meals at regular intervals to continuously fuel the body and mind and achieve total health goals. Participants also learn mindful eating techniques; the practice of paying closer attention to what you eat and why. Mindful eating helps create awareness around the role of food in meeting both physical and emotional needs. Establishing this awareness can help individuals avoid eating behaviors that create long-term health risks.

Physical Readiness
Warrior Well focuses on sustainable physical activity that can be performed and maintained despite busy work and life schedules. Participants are required to dedicate 30 minutes per day, six days each week to physical health. Physical activities are divided into three days of strength training that cover all major muscle groups within a week and three days of target heart rate training, adapted for age and fitness level, to steadily build endurance and reduce injury risk. Participants will perform physical activities in a micro and macro team environment.

Team Training / Environment
Warrior Well is designed around total team success, not individual achievement alone. Teamwork is integral to the success of the individual and vital to the mission of the solution. Team interactions are facilitated through team meetings and training, goal setting, consultations, body analysis testing, and access to the Basefit Online System.

The Basefit System
Each team member is equipped with the right gear to participate in the Warrior Well experience. This includes team training guides, a heart rate monitor, and accelerometer.
Stakeholders, coaches, and participants are permitted access to our team dashboards, tracking system, community, total health guides, and nutrition program.
Warrior Well participants selected to lead their teams are trained, tested, and certified to continue to deliver in-person and virtual training on and off the base.
Readiness reports generated for leadership and coaches include physical readiness status, nutrition adherence, resilience, and team engagement metrics.
Warrior Well includes in-person and virtual team training sessions with your coach over a 6 month initial engagement.
